Welcome to Your Las Vegas Resort Retreat 🏡✨ The things you can't tell from the photos: 🏊 Pool & Spa, Never Shared: Your own pool and hot tub inside a fully walled backyard — not a community pool, not a shared gate, just your group. 🔥 Built for Vegas Evenings: Covered pergola, fire tables, a built-in BBQ grill and outdoor dining, all in the same backyard. 🚪 Main-Floor Bedroom: One of the 6 bedrooms is downstairs with its own private ensuite bathroom — ideal for grandparents or anyone who'd rather skip the stairs. 🛋️ Grand Living Room: A dramatic linear fireplace, designer chandeliers and enough seating for all 12 guests at once. 🎯 Game Time: An indoor ping pong table for some friendly competition after a day out. 🚗 Parking: 3 free driveway spaces. Please note the garage is NOT available for guest use. Our mission is to make all of you who've ever or will stay in our sweet home to have an unforgettable and impressed experience. 👍

By booking our home, you agree to follow these essential house rules: 🔹 No Weed Smoking – Weed smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors, including the patio and backyard. If you smoke weed, please DO NOT BOOK. 🔹 Guest & Visitor Limit – The total number of guests + visitors cannot exceed the reservation count. Additional visitors are not allowed at any time. If occupancy exceeds the booked count, there is a $200 per extra person per night charge. Maximum allowed: 10 people total. 🔹 Cigarettes and vapes are allowed only outside, a few feet away from windows/doors. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of—any found on the property will result in a $300 cleaning fee. 🔹 Noise Policy – No loud bass music. A noise monitor is installed (tracks sound levels but does not record conversations). Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. 🔹 Pool & Spa – Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and children must be supervised at all times. Please do not adjust the pool or spa equipment. 🔹 Parking – Maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. The GARAGE is not available for guest use. Street parking is not allowed. 🔹 Security & Monitoring – Exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and garage for security purposes and to monitor guest headcount. 🔹 Emergency Contacts – You must provide two additional contact numbers and one email for emergencies after confirm your booking. 🚨 Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, immediate cancellation, or eviction without a refund.

You are welcome to use the entire home. 💕 The whole house and the private walled backyard with the pool and spa are yours — nothing inside is shared with anyone. 🌡️ SPA / HOT TUB HEATING — available on request for an additional fee: • Up to 3 hours — $150 • 4 hours or more — $300 Please message us before your stay so we can have it heated and ready for you. ❄️ Please note: the SWIMMING POOL is NOT heated, and pool heating is not available. The spa/hot tub is the only heated water. 🚗 Parking: 3 spaces in the driveway. The GARAGE is not available for guest use. Please note: the barrel sauna in the backyard is the owner's and is NOT available for guest use.
