We want our guests to have the best experience and the most comfortable of stays. All of our sofa beds are from IKEA and easily converted into beds.

OUR HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED - LOUD BASS MUSIC - LARGE GATHERINGS ( 6 MAX ) - SMOKING OF ANY KINDS, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. The SUITE is attached to our home. It’s a three story house, you will be occupying entire first floor. But you will have the entire guest suite to yourself. Guest Access
You will have your own PRIVATE entrance and ABSOLUTE Privacy. The suite is attached to our home. It’s a three story house, you will be occupying ENTIRE first floor where the guest suite is. You are welcome to use the entire guest suite and entire backyard, NO ONE will be sharing with you. NOTE: NO KITCHEN unfortunately. Laundry room will ONLY be available when your reservation is 5 nights or longer. You do NOT have access to laundry room if your reservation is shorter than 5 nights. There are other tenants living in the upper level of the property. So please make sure if you are okay with it. You do have different entrances.
